It’s so easy to always complain about bad service, and often people don’t get credit for good service.
I want to sincerely thank Allan Bradbury from PC-Direct for excellent service.
Long story short, ordered a product with VERY limited stock in Western Cape on Wednesday night, and made the payment 19:00 that same evening.
He mailed me Thursday at noon and miraculously got my order in and ready for collection (Didn’t want them couriered)
I picked the order up Friday morning.
Guess what........ Come Friday evening unpack product, excited as hell....Product DEAD
, not working at all
. Mailed Allan and he told me he will sort it out on Monday, because Saturday 01 May was a public Holiday.
In short: We could not find ANY stock anywhere in the Cape, so I opted for a refund, which was done the moment the paperwork were finalized.
So there you have it. Prompt service and no hassle to get a refund on faulty products.
