PC: FIFA 11 or PES 2011

I've got a choice between FIFA 11 and PES 2011 on the pc. I can only buy one of them at this point. I mostly play single player so multiplayer features isn't really important to me. Now I need your opinion on which of the two will give me longevity.
I know FIFA's career mode has depth. This is where I'm interested in. I haven't played much of PES so I don't know much of its single player mode. I need your experience on PES. How good is PES career mode and does it have longevity?

One other question, is it possible to change the team names within the game without downloading a patch? Thanks
 
unless both games have a demo why not do the following:
pirate both, play each for an hour or 2
delete one, buy the other

//personally id go for fifa due to the official branding etc, last pes i know of required a patch to change names, not sure about the latest one

Iam very disappointed with PES2011.Have also been a fan of the series but iam starting think i maybe should have bought FIFA.Whats really annoying is the game play.The players are like robots and it doesnt feel very natural.There are already some decent patches out there that will licence all the players , team etc , but thats not the major problem , its the gameplay.

I might just try that, but I'd also like to know others' experience with the game, especially with the single player mode.

Interesting, I thought PES selling point was its gameplay?

Gameplay has always been PES's selling point , but this time they totally messed it up.The ball physis are nice but the player movement is horrible
