PC hard crashing

Installed it but it doesn't open up or give any indication that it's doing anything. I only see it running in task manager. Seems like a crappy app.

Weird, never had issues with it and it's pretty popular to get the hdd smart info

Seems like it was scanning in the background. Took a good 15 mins to open up. They should have a popup saying it's scanning as I was ready to uninstall since I thought the app was not working.

It's not picking up much info on the HDD. Rescanned a couple times and still the same:

That drive is probably just on the edge of failing as it took so long to get info.
Have the same model x4 and they all pick up in Crystaldisk.
