On review on the contract i signed nothing was stated about a limit or AUP like this.....if someone would like to review the contract drop me a pm and i will share it

The AUP is quite clear on their website....."No, this service is not for you if you want to run automated downloads for hours every day. Our service is designed for high speed and business customers in mind."

That is not really an AuP if you go to one of the bigger providers they clearly state what their AuP and Fair Usage is. I would not complain for no reason right? I have no problem being limited if by their standard if i exceeded some limit but no way in hell am i paying per gig usage on uncapped.

On the same subject what are automated downloads exactly? it's not clearly stipulated..neither is the FuP infact they have no FuP listed anywhere..

It has come apparent that this company and myself are not meant for each other so i will no longer be using their service i recommend this service to gamers whom never really plan to download anything..also if you have a large game library also avoid them as they will shout abuse as soon as you hit 180GB+ Day usage but if your a light gamer looking for excellent pings with low downtime then PC Network/Wibre will work for you.

Hi- I am about to get Wibre/Pc Networks install a 10mbs home package.
They did for warn me that any P2p would be throttled as the line is mostly meant for streaming and gaming.
They did Guarantee even upload and download speed at 10mb at all times, so from what ive read here now they must be lying?

I would like to know as well.Any info on this company?
 
They might have changed FUP since i used them but they use to shape line speed to 50% of what it was after around 5 minutes on download regardless of protocol. As said this company is fine for people using it for business or gaming as you will have good up time and latency but for any downloading..not so much. Also keep an eye on your torrents back when i was with them they injected their own tracker into torrents when not using VPN..not sure why though
