PC not displaying anything

Hi,

So I have this problem that my PC just won't show any display but the pc is actually "on" (fans spinning and LED lights comes on, HDD spinning, DVD writer spinning and every other thing that can spin, SPINS)

This is a very intermittent thing. It would do this, and I give it about 3 days or more and then try and switch it on, and what do you know, it switches on and display everything.

Now for the past week or so, this is not working at all. It does not display anything. There is lights on the MOBO thats on, but mostly orange ones. There is 3 lights on my GFX card thats displaying RED and the last 1 (4th) is just dead.

I have tested the following

RAM
CPU
GFX
What I could not test was PSU, Mobo. Simply because I don't have these, or the ones that I have does not fit whats in my PC.

PC components are as follows:

CPU: Core2Duo E8500 (3Ghz)
MOBO: ASUS Maximus Formula
RAM: Corsair XMS Dominator 2 DDR2 1066 2GB Gaming modules
GFX: ATI 4890 ASUS Dark Knight 1GB Edition
PSU: OCZ 700W Game X Stream PSU
Case: CM Storm Scout
Monitor: Samsung B2430H

Any help would be amazing.

Ahaaaa.

Thats exactly what I was looking for. Did not know what to search for, and if anyone else is having the same problems
