PC restarting on its own

This was the reply I received after I asked them for the video. Clearly, its working when its with them.
I just don't understand how can something be working with them and not at my house.

I can have those tests done as well. I had OCCT power supply test running earlier for over an hour.

This was with a 2080ti attached.
I will get back to you later with more results.

They just sent me videos with the other tests.
I am going mad now. What the hell is causing the issue when this pc comes to me ?
I even tried it in a different house to rule out power issues.
Can it be the monitor? That's the only thing that I dint change and try.
But that same monitor runs fine with my laptop..

The other house is like 1 or 2 km away from my house.
I have an inverter now. Just got it a few days back.

You can flash the bios of those Asus boards using a flash drive if I remember correctly. Might be worth a shot.

Failing that I'd borrow some RAM to try, and a different PSU
