PC Stick advice needed

So i'm helping a friend , he needs a way to Skype with his other offices via Skype. But all 3 offices have normal TV's in the boardrooms ...

I was thinking going NUC pc, but that's extremely expensive. PC stick seems to be the cheaper way to go? We'll need to add a webcam as well and wireless keyboard and mouse. Their boardrooms are neat and they don't want cables and computers standing in the way.

Any advice ? Can't seem to find the Intel pc sticks i saw few years ago.
 
I literally just googled intel pc stick, unless this is not what you are looking for, in which case you need to explain

i got those as well...

I need someone that has one or played around with one before to give me advice if it will help with my friends office needs. Add a webcam and a wireless keyboard ..

Look up reviews and software compatibility to answer those questions quick quick.

Mine came with a VESA mount but we couldnt use it on the TV because the TV was mounted on the wall, so we just mounted the NUC directly to the wall.
 
I am sorry I have read the whole thread but still missed the whole picture what is really needed, some wi-fi stick for using skype or something like some TV stick for all that matters. What do you really need there, please do let me know cause I am lost.

As stated above, friend has 3 offices he needs to do weekly skype meetings. Now two offices have normal plain flat-screen tv's .. So the idea was to go pc stick and load skype on it, but several forums say even streaming youtube for longer than an hour, the device freezes up.
 
Oky so he's fine with a mini pc that's about the size of the apple tv device.
Seen several, but some start at R4500 without OS,HDD or ram :/ Any suggestions where to look? Been on Evetech, wootware so far
