I'm starting my own sideline thing and need a list of suppliers in CT and Jozi. I know I've asked the question before but I can't seem to find it on the forum.

So far I have the following

Rectron (CT/Jozi/Durbs)
Frontosa (CT/Jozi)
Esquire

Any more I should get?

So tempting dude. I dunno whether I should upgrade my entire system to support DDR3 or whether I should just stick in 4GB of DDR400 for a quick boost.

Na dude, go for DDR2-800, DDR3 has a ±5% performance increase over DDR2-800, I believe.

Where can I get UTP Cable, I sometimes buy from Esquire but they only have UniQe or Manhattan cable, I'm looking for something better, Netix Cable maybe.

I usually by the 305m box...

Scoop is in CT as far as I know, I prefer buying in JHB/Pretoria as I get the items quicker (overnight Courier)

You should be able to get from most large electrical wholesalers.

PS: Rectron is much cheaper than Frontosa on GFX Cards, esp. the 4870x2.

Rectron and frontosa are 2 places i never even check gpu pricing . Can anyone say off the chart expensive!!!!!!!

From what I know, at stock speeds, it's also a pretty small performance increase. However, DDR2 will yield much better results when overclocking.
