Debug Info V 00 00 C1 C3 C2

please advise
thanks

Is that under full load or just idle? if thats idle, you got probs, thermal throttling etc, make sure the fan is seated correctly, and while you got it off apply some arctic silver 5 thermal compound, it will help the heat dissipate alot better.
Let us know how it goes.
Good luck

ja, its just okay everything else seems fine, but that CPU is a bit too high.

it could probably run fine, but maby clock it down a bit if you ahev been overclocking.

what cpu is it?

also what program are using alot of programs report the temps wrong so make sure its the exact same board you have if you using motherboard monitor

Most important thing of all is what cpu are you running? Different cpu's have different max temps. Also if that is at idle for any computer, cpu needs better cooling ;)

hi guys heres a bit of info hope it helps also please can you advise me as to how or what i can do to get better cooling ... the other stats was given while the pc was idling :(

what do u and supersunbird mean scotty? is it good, bad or okay?

Seems like you have one of the older prescotts, the ones that run really really HOT. I would suggest you upgrade your cpu cooler to something a bit more powerful and also see what you can do about case cooling. 60+ for idle is very hot and those cpu's run as hot as they come.

bullfrog please can you advise me as to which cpu cooler i can upgrade to and also about the case cooling what are the options there ..
sorry for asking all these questions im still a newbie sorry
but your advice will be greatly appreciated

Zalman CNPS7700 AlCu, bout R400
Zalman CNPS7700-Cu, bout R428

Thermaltake Blue Orb II, bout R 359

Thermalright XP-120, bout R 376

There are plenty more out there, but these are at a decent price point, and will knock a huge chunk out them temp's matie! :)

Also, install at least one 80mm, or even better 120mm, fan for exhaust AND intake.

I'm pretty sure that combined with some decent thermal paste, doing these things will go a loong way to easing your (to quote supersunbird) Preshott woes!..
