Hi there guys

I need to know realistically what this Pc could be sold for:

MoBo : Asus P7P55D-E LX - 6 Months
CPU : Intel i5-760 QC Lynnfield 2.80 GHz - 6 Months
MEM : 4x 2GB Kingston HyperX DDR3-1600Mhz - 6 Months
HDD : 1x 500GB Seagate SATA - 18 Months
OPTi : LG DVD-RW x22 SATA - 18 Months
POW : Cooler Master eXtreme power duo 550W - 18 Months
CASE : Cooler Master Cosmos S - 18 Months
GFX : Club3D GTS 250 1024MB GDDR5 - 8 Months
MON : LG 22" Wide - 18 Months

I was thinking around R7k? what do you think?

Unfortunately...less.

I just got my new PC for just a little more than R7k... Granted there is no LCD in there.
i5 -2500k
P68 mobo
8GB Ram
HD 6870
Coolermaster case
650W PSU

Makes me wonder what my Dual Core, 2GB setup is now worth :(

New the older cpus cost more cause it cost them more to make. But once you buy it the value degrades as a older dead socket with basically no upgrade is the problem your sitting with.
What I want to ask why do you want to sell it nothing wrong with that setup still. Just pop a 6870/560ti/6950 in there.

The Pc isn't mine, it's actually someone else's, but I can see how people can think it's mine given the fact that it's basically the same Pc as mine :D, but I will pass along your suggestions, I also actually suggested that he rather just keep it, I too realize that it just isn't worth selling it.
