I have been trying to troubleshoot why my pc won't with the Huawei E1820 Stick connected to the pc. If I want to restart my pc I have to remove it then reconnect it on post boot.

Any suggestion as to why or how I can solve this?

I have the same problem. PC gets stuck at the BIOS screen. I have an ASUS P5n-E Sli board. No idea how to resolve it apart from just removing the stick.

Surely it must be only a change in the boot order/sequence setting?
eg make sure boot from HDD is higher than boot from USB or CD

Yip, just disable booting from USB in the Bios of the PC.
Normal order for boot should be:
CD\DVD
Hard Drive
Other

You guys have your computers set to boot from the E1820, and there is no Operating System on there.

I have seen this problem with an E220 modem, it was resolved by a BIOS update for the motherboard.

It was an Asus motherboard too.

I have had boards before that just don't boot with a flash drive in, for no apparent reason, but as mentioned it is probably trying to boot off the thing.
