I just wanted to thank PC123 for there great service.

Last year I ordered a Giga-byte graphics card, and a few weeks ago, 5days out of gurantee, it went faulty.

I sent it back to PC123, who said the gurantee was over, but will see what they can do. Few days later, I got news back saying that there is no replacements avaible, so they credited my account in full and I paid in a few extra bob and ended up with a nice upgrade, the very next day!

Where is PC123 located? Are they dealers or retail? Are they open on weekends? Do they have a pricelist? I have looked for a website but found nothing.
 
Wow... How'd they manage to do that?

By being service/customer orientated. When I was still selling PC stuff people would order things and then when I try to get it from the dealers it might be out of stock.

Then I try to get the dealer to give me a discount on the next up version of the products. If the discount is within the amount of profit I was making and covered the overheads (meaning I would be making no profit, just break even on costs) I would get it. I think someone got a one step faster Athlon64 X2 and someone else a XXX version of the baseline XFX graphics card then had ordered as part of a PC in this manner.
