Anyone know of any decent mobos that support agp and pci-e. If it supports socket 775 it would be the best, but thats no major.

Cause i've got a 6800 agp and i just destroyed my mobo, i need 2 replace but and looking 4 upgradability.

plz post any links and ur thoughts of the product if u've got it.

my thoughts on a PCI-e/AGP mobo is jack of all trades and master of none.

sell your 6800 AGP and get a PCIe card with a new mobo. dont know if you will find old 775's around though...

AGP is better than PCI, however PCI-e is better than AGP. :)

noi man... now you got TheSaint confogulated... :D

pci e is better than agp but doesnt yield a big performance gain

most games cant run more 8 x agp anyhow atleast thats what i read

The are from sahara thats the problem

So on that basis of "Sahara sells it so it is not good" the following brands are also rubbish? 3Com, Canon, Intel, AMD, Maxtor, Microsoft, HP, MSI, Powercolor.

yeah sure.

Not intending to be pedantic, but PCI-X is not the same as PCI-e.
