PCI-e x16 / PCI-e x1

Quick (stupid) question...
I have a P5N32e motherboard. The x1 slot on the right is filled and the one on the left is covered by the gfx card in the blue x16 slot between them. Now...

1. .. can I slot another x1 card (tv-tuner) in the open blue x16 slot on the left ?
or
2.....can I just move the gfx card to one of the other x16 slots or does a single card need to be a a specific x16 slot ? Does it matter whether it goes into the white x16 or the blue x16 ?

I'd prefer option 1 , since I don't like a gfx card at the bottom of the case

Without knowing that exact MOBO, I would say yes, yes, no. Somebody else may have different experience specific to that device.
