I gave up waiting for my order or a reply too my emails so took a drive there. Very infuriating, not even a hint of an apology.

I ordered from them because the site said they had stock of the item and JHB delivery is 1 to 3 days, if they go over that an update would be nice or answering my emails would be good too.

While I did get my item, I learnt my lesson, it was my first and last order from these guys.

So they are legit just really slow with no communication or idea when the item will arrive? Not sure if it is worth saving 200 bucks this kind of service

They are legit but have zero respect for their customers.
 
People want the lowest prices but the best support... a hard balance to get.

Not the best support, just some kind of communication. An automated tracking system when it's shipped would help ( like 99% of other online shops )
 
I ordered on the 10th dec. Hevent heard a peep from them. Order still says unfulfilled.
The phone line is answered by a voice telling to email [email protected]. This email doesnt work, so I tried [email protected]. No response as of yet.

Does anyone have a working contact for them?
