PDP Authentication Failure

Hi there,

I sure hope you can help me.

After 2 years of using my iPhone 4 I suddenly received a PDP Authentication Failure whenever I tried connecting to the internet via the cell network.

I phoned Vodacom and suggested I reset my network settings, remove and reinstall the sim and also to restart my phone...
Nothing worked.

I left it there because I was going to upgrade anyways.

So last week I upgraded and I received my new iPhone 5 on Friday, but when I tried to connect to the internet I received the same PDP error.

I phoned Vodacom AGAIN, this time they said that the will recreate my profile or something like that (not to sure what they did)
NOW I still can't access the internet and I CAN't MAKE ANY CALLS!

When I try and make a call a voice says "The service you're trying to access is not available"

This phone is my only means of communication when I'm working and now I can't send/receive emails or phone my clients.

What can be done to have this sorted out?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
