PE very slow adsl

I'm saying, isn't some of PE's traffic fed from the east coast?

Guess it depends on your ISP. VOX as far as I can tell goes to CPT (from EL).

I've had some weird results on Telkom 3G where it goes to Jo'burg then to Durban then back again :D

So based on these tests, i assume that a ping of 34 from PE to CPT is "normal"? I remember always getting low 20s back in 2015 and that was on 10mbps. On VDSL now. Must be openserve network or something that's been giving ppl higher pings if not the providers. I get a ping of 176 to London from PE. What do the non fibre ppl on here get?

A few clients on MWEB and Vox (over DSL) were experiencing ludicrously high latency and packet loss yesterday around PE. All geographically distant from one another.

40 to CPT today but then we know they're fixing a line issue. I'm in EL.
