... Awesome sauce!

I've tried it once before and I liked it but for some reason I forgot about it and haven't tried it again.

Earlier this afternoon I bought an instant pot noodle, peanut butter flavour and I remembered the first time, 2 years ago, that I made a chicken and noodle stir-fry with a peanut butter mixed in. It was damn good ... the pot noodle AND my stir-fry 2 years ago.

I've made chicken stir-fry plenty of times since then but never again with chunky peanut butter.

I suggest you give it a try.

I just had noodle stir-fry with peanut butter last night and it was awesome!!! The secret is to add the right amount:)

I had this curry with peanutbutter in it. It wasnt actually bad at all, infact it was good.

Satay on chicken with noodles was my dinner a few nights ago. Not sure I'd slather peanut butter on its own over my pasta, but I definitely use peanut butter in quite a few Asian sauces with noodles.

Nothing weird about that whatsoever...

Of course I didn't just slop a dollop of butter onto the pasta as it was.

It was just another ingredient.

No, a basic satay sauce also includes sugar, soy sauce and chilli...

Hot banging spicey nuts, Batman! Satay chicken is da bomba :D

A dash of firey spice and some crunchy p/b adds an awesome slant to stirfried chicken.

Bought some chicken satay off the back of a scooter once. Turns out it wasn't chicken. Still have no idea what it was.
