Peering link problems effecting Dialup?

My internet it going really slow .... the connections says 30 Kbps but some (international) sites are loading really slowly

I am using Tiscali/Mweb as my ISP

Anyone else having the same problem?

yip - using netralink....crawling on international while showing 46.6

Thanks - good to know I am not alone .... I think I better try what I am doing in the moring, but I'll see if I can download something at 0.1Kbps

I've given up on ADSL for the moment, and now using dial-up - ADSL is completely fracked and using dial-up for access to international sites is just as bad. Local sites seem to be OK. Just another incidence of Telkrap incompetence, obviously...

Just to let you know, it is more than one ISP having peering problems.


It might be all the ISP's pushing Telkom traffic internationally
