Peering Link: Telkom Verizon

Hi folks

There is currently a peering link issue between Telkom and Verizon Business, so if you are experiencing slow speeds as Telkom subscribers it is not your connection or the site …

I must admit that the Verizon ADSL has been my flavour of choice of late, SAIX unshaped has not been performing well over the last couple of week's.

I have tried Telkom unshaped for the past two months and I am not impressed - I am going back to Verizon. It's just so much better. I am currently getting 512k speeds on my 4mbps line with Telkom where I was able to download at over 100k per second from IS' ftp servers using Verizon.

Isnt that a bit of a waste of a premium priced unshapped account?

Lol - that was just an example, but yeah...
my point is that im paying for 4mbps and getting 512k.
I like Verizon simply cos I got better speeds.
