Based on the price, i assume it's from china, but the only info i can find is in french; seem to be ultra budget laptops

All I can say is that you should stay away from budget notebooks. They're budget for a reason.

Ah ok, my bad...

Don't seem to have a very big presence here. So if there's a market for it, and you're willing to do the leg work, you'll make a mint. "Regular" and "premium" notebooks in this country are crazily overpriced
