It would be easier to comment if you updated your profile to show the area where you are living. If you are in KZN, you can PM me your details and I will check it out - if not, then PM the info to Vodacom3G and he can pass it along.
Brad, everyone, just one point.
This forum is not seen by Vodacom as a first-line support system. If we want to treat it that way, I'll have to hand it over to customer care. But they already have enough systems to not need another channel.
So, as per my sig, please use the formal channels and then, if you don't get any joy, by all means involve me. But read the "How to ask for help" section first.
It's not that I don't want to help, far from it. But I'm not geared to offer support via this channel. I don't have the call logging & tracking tools 155 use.
As often stated, I can offer feedback, clarity, opinions, etc. And will help when the normal channels fail, but first-line support is difficult as I have to break the normal channels to do so.
So, if you need to PM me, do so by all means, but then include the details as requested in the sig. Including any reference numbers from 155.
Some might have noticed I don't respond to certain PM's. These are typically the "I've got a problem, how do I fix it" types with no supporting details.
With a PM inbox that often approach 500 messages, I tend to put these on the back-burner and basically never get to them.
