Performance based telemarketing services

So I have a few websites that are generating leads targeted at specific industries in the Johannesburg area. I would really like to sell/rent out these websites as fast as possible and think that telemarketing could work well. Does anyone know of a company that offers such a service? Or any ideas on how I should go about this?

If your so knowlegable about it then you must know who is in the industry for you to utilise.

Nothing has ever been sold to me via telemarketing.

I agree, telemarketing can be very effective when done correctly. People associate it with annoying sales people pressuring old ladies in to buying stuff they dont need. It's not.
