I am in desperate need of help..
Here is a timeline of my issue;
No DVD's were present in DVD-Drive at time of issue.
Please help, anyone?
I have very important info on the machine.

Here is a timeline of my issue;
System specs are as follows:DAY 1
Surf internet, check mail and listen to music.
Current WindowsXP SP3 machine working fine.
Switch off.
Go to bed.
DAY 2
Switch on PC.
After POST following error is displayed: "Disk Boot Error, please insert system disk"
Panic.
Inserted Hiren BootCD, and use utility to fix boot sequence.
Restarted PC.
PC boots prefectly fine into Windows - No issues observed.
Surf internet, Listen to music, watch Anchorman.
Switch off, and go to bed.
DAY 3
Parent switches on PC to check mail.
Just after POST, same error "Disk Boot Error, please insert system disk", is displayed.
Antivirus is fully up-to-date. Running Avast.

2GB DDR667
ASUS P5NE-SLI
Seagate 250GB SATAII - Primary
Seagate 250GB SATAII - Secondary "Stuff" drive
HIS HD4850
Creative XtremeMusic
WindowsXP SP3 x86
