Persistent Webmail log-in problems

Is it just me, or is anyone else experiencing persistent problems logging into Webmail (www.webmail.co.za)? For ages, about half of my log-in attempts throw up error screens and put me into a loop between the log-in screen and the error message. I allow cookies (in Opera), but it doesn't help. Is this a current overall problem, or just one with my computer?

My view is they are trying to shed users. Probably losing money and trying to find a way to close.

I am having the same issue. I cannot access my mailbox. Although, I do use my webmail address for accessing FB and that works. Just don't know whether it is populating my mailbox with email.

I've also got that problem. It takes a coupled of tries to finally get in. I've mailed them about it before and after the mail it seemed to work better for a very short while until it just started giving the errors again.

I recommend changing over to Gmail and adding a forward on your webmail box (if it allows forwards)

I have had issues with webmail ever since I got an account with them about 4 years ago - Bottom line - Webmail are F&^&Ng useless - I constantly get log in issues, I use outlook and about 20 times a day I get the box pop up to verify my username and password. I have even had them lock several of my accounts before, which required me to email them about 100 times before they sorted it out. Not to mention that most of the time I get emails about a day late if at all.

They are truly a useless bunch. Use Gmail.

we use webmail at work and as i have said before on the forum, webmail sucks, but as the people at work are used to it we still using it.
