Disney plus app for south Africa is such a **** show . On WebOS, audio stream is still Stereo 13 months after go live.

Buy an AppleTV, it will be cheaper. At least the crap Disney plus app is built to work a bit better.

They have me resorting to get stuff on high seas because I keep on getting logged out of my app and then to sign in the text message never comes 8 times out of 10.

I eat apples. As for as apple tech goes. No thanks
 
For the few days I had my Hisense the Apple tv worked great on it. Now I have send the tv back, don't know how long will Hisense take to replace or fix

OK lol those good old Fhd flat tv's hey!! I got one 12years old hisense still going strong great picture quality for a TV of its age never given me any probs

My now 9 year old Hisense is still going strong, a friend has had it for about 3 years now and they've had no issues. Picture still looks great, possibly way better then the 58N5000 that replaced it

I'm sure hisense will sort you out is it free collection and delivery? for replacement or repair under hisense warranty?

No Idea, got it from Takealot so they picked it up yesterday, havent heard from them or Hisense yet.

OK takealot is excellent with sorting these things out. Always given me a replacement or a full refund when iv had inferior quality items

Nope it doesn't, it has screensaver mode where a little thingy bounces around the TV :-). My U7QF has gallery mode though. OLEDS you don't really want something static on the screen too long.
 
Got an update over the weekend and they added Apple TV+ but, still no Disney/Hotstar. The updated browser might have broken my one streaming service I get to use for "free".
