hey everyone...

i am not fat...atleast i dont think so...just want to build some mucle maybe and just destress a bit...

if this sounds jocky...i am sorry...i searched the forum put i did not find anything helpful...

thanks in advance!!

There is a new group of gyms where a personal trainer is basically thrown into the package - very small gym where only you or maybe two people train per hour. I think the total cost is around R 1500.00 per month for daily sessions.

Not that I have ever used them, but a friend did well using this program.

don't worry. getting a personal trainer is one of the best things you can do to yourself.
my brother got one and he lost his beer belly in 3 weeks. get ready to suffer though.

i plan to suffer...need to get some gym routine down before varsity starts up again in feb,....

Best thing if you want to kickstart a program.
Try and meet with several PT's and go with the one who talks the most sense to you.
The bigger the PT is not the better one. These bodybuilder types will have a different outlook on exercise from those who are tough and wiry.
During initial negotiation save yourself a bunch of money by telling the PT that you will do cardio exercise on your own and all you need the PT for is floor exercises and machines. (No point having a PT watch you do cardio for 20 min at a time with 10 min warm up/cool down and pay him to do so)

lol, I did that, still had a solid hour after my initial warm up and good lord did that pt push me. I didn't sit still for one minute. Our "rest" period was a 1 minute knee-high jog on one spot on those little trampoline thingies.
