Personality Traits - changable?

i think you can move between extrovert and introvert, depending on the situation, pretty much what was said here.

I am rather introverted and hardly say much but have an opinion of everything and depending on how i feel about myself and the people around me i will express myself or not.

I think in the last few months i have come out of my shell very much but must admit i still in a way hate being such a introvert, wish i could just express myself properly.

depends how deep it's set into the "primal" of the person.

I've understood that a personality trait of an indivudal is pretty stable ... Something they're born with. It can change 'stretch' and change briefly, but pretty much stable.

What are your opinions? Can they be changed
