Petrol price sees massive increase

I love the way petrol price hikes are treated like apocalyptic events by the media. I wouldn't call 41c "Massive". It's at worst R25 a tank for the average car. Not worth queuing up the night before to save so little.

Indeed but at R25 for every tank of every car in the country then it starts looking a bit more apocalyptic. Thats a lot of added expenditure for a country, especially since there is no additional income of offset it

R25 x 4 is R100pm. R100pm not going to other industries.
