Petrol Price

The Fuel price is at an All time High.I know there is a formula,but I would like to try and work the following out,in a simple way.
Currently the Rand is R8 to the $.The Oil price is say around $110.

Around mid 2008 the rand was Similar to current and Oil was around $130.

Work it out.It should be a lot cheaper now.Does anybody know what the fuel price was Mid 2008?

We are getting ripped off properly!

Considering the added fuel levies for the last 3 years, this feels about right to me.
