You lose 50kw!!! Damn!! No wonder the standard cars up here are so slow!!
130kw is still not bad, but to think about losing 50kw!! heart breaking

Ive noticed its common with Honda engines, the BMs dont lose that much but they 6 cylinder engines and they cope better than a fine tuned 4 cylinder, is it down to Hondas tuning?

Nope, Turbo cars only lose about 2% power up here...
It might be better at the coast but nothing more than it is up here.

I'm sorry, but I'm calling serious BS on that figure.... 120kw on the flywheel, MAYBE.. but on the wheels.. very much doubt it.

Recently attended the VWSA club Dyno day, my golf 6 GTi is putting 211HP and 303NM, on the wheels. so I think JK8s figures are perfectly fine

Its quoted as 155, So im happy with the figures considering its at the wheels and not the fly

211hp at the wheels...lol VW drivers will obviously agree, all we need now is an OPC driver to claim 300hp on the front wheels proven on dyno graph and you'll hear how they start complaining...its normal, I understand!

Kudo's if the cars REALLY make that much power, but seriously now, most of these "dyno's" overestimate things radically, reason I say this is I've seen a decated 147 2.0 plus remap, that's it, do 123kw on a "certain dyno" in JHB...I could not believe it...it did not say whether it was on the wheels or the crank...obviously owner claimed it was on wheels, and to make matters worse, dyno owner claimed it was on wheels too...just to showcase how great his product is!!! Losers!
