Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

You won't fit a rack of ribs in an Airfryer. But you can cut it up and try fry it like that. It's about the size of a chicken. Philips XL goes on sale between R2000-R2800. The XXL is seldom on sale but slightly bigger and a bit pricey.

4 people you would rather want to go for the XXL I think.

Cut it in half and stack it and Bob's your uncle.

If you decide to buy the digital version please dont get the 4.1L version since it is the same price as the 6.2L version.

The 4.1L is fine, you can stack a drumstick and a wing on top of each other. It may hamper the patented starfish design airflow, but hey what you cant see, cannot be a problem.

Halogen Convection Oven

So picked up one of these from Game for R399. Interesting and innovative cooking. Electricity usage - the unit is rated at 1400w Tried out some grilled lamb chops :low rack, temp on 200 Deg, timer to 22 minutes, walked away and came back to 4 browned chops, perfectly done. Not bad...
