Anyone made a T bone or rump steak in an airfryer , medium rear but fat crispy?

In an oven it always come out dry and undercoooked on outside, so I usually just pan fry or braai.
Someone managed to get almost right
Its in the thread somewhere

You're tough as nails, streetwise and fended for yourself for a very long time. And with all of that, you are still a kind, loving woman. That doesn't take ****. (I'm psychic).

Much respect
Some would argue that I'm just full of ****, but thanks :) It's mostly true.

But can I tell you what's tougher than me? My DNA Airfryer oven. It still stands proud on its counter top lording it over all other lesser appliances in the kitchen in spite of it not being a true blood Phillips. Respect to the not so little guy

It's strange that everyone is jumping on the bandwagon now. I had one for over 8 years now.

I think trying to do home takeaway type foods conveniently and quickly has seen a large boost with the economy spiralling down the schitter at a rapidly increasing rate for most of the world since the COVID malarkey started.

Telling me !! During lockdown I tried just about all recipes I could think of. Managed to even make nice scones and bread.

I made kimchi and fermented chilli sauces. I should get back to that.

Same, been using one for many years, mine is Philips but got it when they were first available here.
Still gets used regularly.
