Nope, never cut me before... I can't think of a situation where it would cut you? Unless you are planning on shearing your balls without using the attachments.

I manscape pretty much everywhere and have never injured myself ;)
 
I have one. Managed to nick myself down there (with the guard attached), thought I was going to bleed out. Since then I go slow and make sure I stretch the skin before cutting. I love it. Battery lasts and lasts

Yeah isn't it meant to be able to use it with no attachments?

Yes you can use it without attachments, but I don't shave with it, I just trim on a number 1 or 2. You WILL cut yourself if you decide to use it on your sack... I have some vague memories coming back now...

Pooky, why don't you try Hush hair removal cream. It actually works very well and the hair takes much longer to grow back.
