Phone freezes using modem link?

Hi,

I got the Motorola Q9h about 2 weeks ago and find that when I connect, via bluetooth or USB, to the internet the phone freezes. I then have to take out the battery to restart the phone.

Anyone else seen this happen? Dud phone? Should I return it?

You should definitly return the phone as soon as possible...tell them that the phone is an out of box failure and its been doing it since uve had it.

Maybe have the phone flashed? (upgrade the software on the phone)
Flashing is free if its under warranty.

Yes return it, should not have gotten a Samsung in the first place. HTC or Nokia best for modem usage via bluetooth by far.

Ok. There is apparently a software upgrade available for this. Hopefully this sorts this issue out.

You dont have to have it upgraded. it just a popular software problem...
it needs to be FLASHED....
