Phosa Mashangoane is currently the General Manager responsible for Consumer Affairs at the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA), where he sits on the Executive Committee. For the past 32 years he has worked with various communities in South Africa in the fields of Sports and Recreation, Television Broadcasting, Promotion and Protection of Equality amongst South Africans as well the Protection of the Interests and Rights of Consumers for ICT services.
