Php and Mercury 32 for win

I have a 2000 server with Mercury 32 and trying to install a webmail interface with squirrel mail, but this php is beyond me! If anyone knows how to do this with iis 5 please pm me because I give up now!

Sure: Install LINUX - Ubuntu Sever has a LAMP install

EDIT: Else just download XAMPP and install that. Its a complete Apache/PHP/MySQL install.
