Hey,

Am busy developing a system that prints labels via a thermal printer.

I have installed the printer can print test pages.

I was told the best way to do this was to use the PECL Printer library/extension

Which I found at:

http://pecl.php.net/get/printer

But the "File was not found"

I spend most of yesterday trying to find a mirror or alternative.

Can anyone recomend anything that will work?

Thanks

Thanks for that link, will be looking into that.

Is the use of Printers and PHP...Rare?

I would have thought more people would be making use of this.

But there seems to be very little out there.

It seems so. I haven't used it for printing at all. Mostly web apps, and the occasional csv file processing / report generating.
