One day lad all this will be yours... what the curtains
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Pieter and it was a rather refreshing experience: unlike many other top executives he is very friendly, humble and is really interested in what you guys have to say (forum feedback / consumers). He is a very knowledgeable man and I am sure he will make a success of the company.
It must however be said that Alan’s shoes will be hard to fill. He is certainly one of the top CEO’s around and is very charismatic - a pleasant and very likeable guy. He did however assemble a very competent team around him – which includes our own Vodacom3G – and the company should continue to do well despite his departure.
