You shouldn't be advising noobs. Tsume obviously wants to impress his valentine and he will stuff things up if he can't even pronounce whats in the picnic basket, let alone make it. Your food sounds delish though :)

The Mrs and I got engaged on Valentines day way back when.
Took her to the botanical gardens for a picnic.
Food consisted of Salticrax, with sliced cucumber, cottage cheese, tinned mussels/clams/oysters, and some Tabasco for flavour.
To drink we had a bottle of pink JC.
The picnic evidently wasn't too bad, because she said YES when I went all romantic on her, and got down on my knee to present her with the ring.

I made it all, yea. The pita recipe is quite similar to naan, except it uses more yeast and needs several hours to prove, whereas naan is unleavened and doesn't need proving. I made a pretty good naan bread a couple of times as well. I found these difficult to open in the middle so I think I should have used more dough for each bread.
