Pineapple Beer

I got thirsty by day four. Didn't have much of a kick at all, I'm guessing about 3% ABV.

I've started a new batch which I've added more yeast to, gonna pop the cork on Wednesday, hold thumbs.
taste wise? dont need booze just interested in how it actually turned out. What you should actually do is cap it after a few days let the Co2 build up maybe one day then pop it in the fridge should give it better carbonation and in the fridge it will halt the fermentation we do this with Kombucha, its open for a week then closed for 2-3 days. Even this has alc in but capping it makes it fizzy
 
I don't want to stuff this up. Going to get the pineapples and yeast tomorrow morning. Please someone respond to this post with the best method. Step by step and ratio of ingredients. Thanks in advance.
