Please oh please could someone with iburst ping " crushbone.everquest2.com " and post the results. It would be very much appreciated.

Those don't look to bad at all. Of course they haven't started shaping yet, but still, not too shabby.

I see Sentech are maintaining their rock bottom standards. So glad I got out of that joke.
 
I couldn't comment on the shaping, but I hope the do stateful packet inspection rather than shaping all ports except port 80 etc ala Telkom. My sql server in Denver runs on port 1533 and it REALLY rawks connecting to it via iburst.
