Ping spikes with MWEB

The last week has been impossible to play any games with MWEB account. Ping spikes, and intermittent lag, while on telkomsa account no problems.

Any 1 else experiencing this?

Sorta. In TF2 and bf3 lag is like 50ms, and then spikes to 500 and then down again etc etc

You may be right, the phone line sounds a bit scratchy.

Hi Guys,

Would you mind sending me a PM with MWEB account details.

Also please include:
- what game and server you are connecting to
- area eg: CPT, JHB, DBN
- have you tested with another ISP account
- if possible also include trace route and ping test to local and international site.

I will then have it investigated for you.

I havn't been on the phone (landline ) today, how did u just speak to me ?

I'm the complete opposite. My telkom pings have nearly doubled to europe from 190ms to 360ms while mweb has stabilised at about 230ms and I'm able to play BF3 without hassle on it.
