I am trying to determine where there are latency problems being reported. So please try a couple of pingtest.net tests and post the results here. Please select Johannesburg as the test point. Format is suburb and url link e.g.

PS: Please run the test when there is no download running concurrently.

I seem to be having trouble with pingtest, first attempt stayed at the 'Measuring Packet Loss' step. Results from second attempt:

Server: Altech Technology Concepts
Line Quality: F
Ping: 464ms
Jitter: 37ms

Speedtest seems fine though:

Server: Neology (Pty) Ltd
Download: 0.83Mbps
Upload: 0.30Mbps
Ping: 112ms

Are you sure your FW is setup right? Those results don't make sense?
