Pink wors

I found it at Food Lovers market Fourways so yeah not really sure what you are implying.

It's a cheap wors and I've found it quite regularly in poorer areas. Simple as that...

Once upon a time, I bought some pink wors from a butcher for a braai and the wors was super tasty, the best wors I've ever had.

It was in a faraway town though while I was on holiday, and I've never been able to find the same wors in Joburg. Anyone ever had such wors?

It doesn't taste like normal wors, it's much tastier and way more succulent. Smells awesome as well. The best I could find around Joburg is Chakalaka wors but now I was the real thing.

I call it Lung wors (Lung's of animals). It normally cheaper and actually called "Braai wors" by some butchers. Not my style. I rather get real meat!

OK guys, I'm now officially desperate. Need it before the weekend due to a ton of braaing that will take place. Made some promises. No one with a solid lead?

What a crock of shyt... Cheaper areas /facepalm.

Check at a Seeman's and you will find a Russian wors. You also get a cheese version. I know Seeman's in Roodepoort has some. Called Russian Wors or something. Also lots of German specialities there :)

It's wors, swiss cheese-brain, not German sausage. The wors he is referring to is a cheap pink wors made mostly with offal. It's incredibly popular amongst the more, well, less fortunate, which is why it is often found there...
