Er... I have to go to the spice shop. Thanks for the drink. Ciao.

<leans against the watercooler>

Didn't someone in another department say that iBurst was canning online top-ups? That you had to phone in for them?

http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showpost.php?p=3518752&postcount=4

this was supposedly only for mweb users though. But someoene else could log in to the iburst site with their mweb account and could buy a booster. I wasnt successfull, either through the mweb or iburst interface (couldnt even log in). So Im gatvol between the two of them and everybody is pointing fingers at everybody else.

I spent a large chunk of last night trying to purchase a bandwidth booster with the same error.
I finally get logged into the system to buy a bundle this morning, and then it won't take my credit card,
so after 5 attempts I eventually give up and buy on account, something I *detest* doing.

I emailed Gcebile yesterday about this issue.

This was her response from an email:

Apparently there is a problem when trying to buy bandwidth with a credit card but if you buy on account it goes through.

Kind Regards,
