I chose my wording on this basis
there are people providing bail bondsman like services - loansharks, some attorneys and debt collectors, and far too frequently cops
but it isn't a market, its an extortion racket

A proper bail bondsman is somebody who for a fee assumes posts bail for a client and has the machinery in place to deal with the risk of the accused fleeing from the jurisdiction.
There is no reason why retail banks cannot offer the service and smack on a tether and call in the clients passport freeing up hours of court time. O right the structure and nature of the CPA ...

It almost always starts with petty crime and gets worse as the criminal gets away with it.
Why don't the cANCer just legalise crime. Get off your fat @rses stop stealing from the people and get the police and courts right that's where the problem is. Lazy people in positions of power like magistrates and police not doing their jobs and not being able to expidite criminal acts.

Is house breaking and theft a minor crime?

I'm a eyewitness so I know beyond a doubt he is guilty. He is currently in jail awaiting trail cause he is a bosbewonner (sleeps in the bushes of a green belt). He's gained a few pounds in the 10 months he's been in there.

Is burglary (aka house breaking) and robbery the same thing?

burglary is both housebreaking and theft

robbery involves violence or threat of violence (statutes around the world quite often render possession of a weapon during a housebreaking as sufficient to infer a threat of violence)

Still against this.

Electrical cable theft.

Steal a cable, goto jail, get out for free, commit cable theft again, goto jail, etc.

Or is cable theft (both electrical and data) excluded from this scenario?
