I am interested in writing a simple application that can help me do my work, by summarising data etc.
Which applications can be used for aiding me in planning software development (mostly administrative functions).
I would like to note ideas I have in my head, as well as include screenshots from other programs and my own layout designs as guide for all the parameters my application will require.
Lastly is it even possible to code such an application on my own?
I want to use vb.net to create this application
PS this is not a commercial application, so please do not attempt to give advice on the coding language etc, I just need advice regarding planning of development.
