Plans for Fish

Good people,

I have plain white fish (hake) in the freezer.

I normally buy frozen fish in batter and simply bake in the oven.

What could I do with the plain fish that would be appetising ? I normally use it in fish curry, but I need some different recipes.

Well what i love is frying it in butter and lemon juice and make fish burgers .

You should really try and treat yourself to kingklip, bake it in lemon and butter. Man that is insane.

Make a basting sauce of honey, mustard, a little oil, garlic and soya sauce. Coat fish and grill in the oven. Goes really well with fresh asparagus

I had an awesome fish pie recipe....looked something like an apple strudel, rectangular with slashes through it with puff pastry.

coat with a little olive oil, some garlic to taste, add some rosemary and thyme. Bake and enjoy.

I ended up trying out a new recipe for fish curry (which was what I did not want to do from the beginning, but anyway....)
