Tis' Five years down the line since the last post on this thread and I still have that friggin Plasma with the red line. It never got any worse and is still sitting in my lounge.
One of my workers brought me in their Plasma 32' to look at, the exact same problem, so I googled for a solution and landed up back here some 1980 days later.....
